If you’re not satisfied with the quality of your product, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will work with Gelato to investigate and resolve the issue. If validated, we can offer a replacement order or a refund.

Defective or Damaged Products:

If your order arrives defective or damaged, please let us know. We will cover the costs of a new order to rectify the issue.

RETURNS.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we currently do not support returns. Each product is made specifically for your order, ensuring uniqueness and personal touch.

Incorrect Addresses and Undeliverable Orders.

If an order is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or if rejected by the recipient, the shipment will be disposed of safely. For a new order with an updated address, you will be liable for the costs.

Unclaimed Orders.

Unclaimed shipments may be returned to us. In such cases, you can place a new order, and we will refund the product price of the original order, though shipping costs will still apply.
